Just like you might be doing right now whilst scrolling through our website, many years ago we started dreaming of our own villa by the sea, in an authentic Mediterranean area, easily accessible but away from the touristic hot spots.
A second home in a quiet and sunny place, allowing to regularly disconnect from the daily hassle and stress, and also offering the priceless opportunity to – maybe, one day – enjoy a healthy and happily retired “last quarter of life”!

Embedded in the Bahía de Mazarrón between Cabo Tiñoso and Cabo Cope since more than 20 years, it is with a lot of joy and enthusiasm that we will facilitate your connection with high-end villa owners (both Spanish and international, many of them in our personal network), who are considering to sell their properties after many years of Mediterranean happiness to candidate buyers sharing their passion for the authentic area and the easygoing lifestyle.
This is what our brand stands for: “Entre2Cabos” does not only geographically locate us, but also highlights our matchmaking mission: in Spanish “cabo” means “cape” (a landform extending into the sea), but also the “end” of something, hence the sailor’s rope in our “Entre2Cabos” logo symbolizes the bringing together of two highly important “ends”, i.e. our client’s expectations for a new beginning on one end and their successful and happy past on the other end.
Having sold more than 100 luxury properties over the years, we are linked with numerous local real estate agencies, lawyers, notaries and service providers. Our personalized approach strives for quality results: we are not interested in sales volume or sightseeing trips (not only because we don’t want to work too hard…), but we want to ensure that we have a deep understanding of your requirements in order to find the perfect “match”, working together with all our partners.
